Rick Mantei, a distinguished retired Air Force F-4 Phantom and F-16 instructor pilot, was recently honored with a significant tribute at the request of Congressman Jake LaTurner. In a moving ceremony, Rick was presented with a flag that had been flown over the US Capitol, symbolizing recognition of his dedicated service.
